  "message": "Fix proc refcounting comments\n\nThe comment in __proc_startcore() was old (2009), and did not get updated\nin commit d705057abc58 (\"cur_proc broken up into owning_proc and\ncur_proc\"), which is also old (2011).\n\nproc_destroy() used to not return if it was trying to kill the calling\nprocess.
